Refund policy
We will happily refund or exchange the product you buy from us if:
It is not of acceptable quality;
It is an incorrect product shipped to you;
It is deemed faulty by us.
If you wish to make a claim under our Returns Policy, we will offer you an exchange provided that:
You return the item within 7 days of purchase;
You produce your original purchase receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item;
The product must not have been used, opened or damaged in any way;
The product is in its original packaging, in its original sealed condition and within its expiry date or best before date;
Any cost incurred by you in shipping the item back to us will be borne by you;
If these requirements are not satisfied we reserve the right not to offer a refund or exchange.
We will not accept the return of items on the basis of 'change of mind’ under any circumstances.
