Roy Farms Plums are tree ripened and when at their optimal ripeness they are hand picked, cut and preserved.

The Plums are then sun dried on the lawns at Renmark, South Australia following a 170 year old family tradition the results speak for themselves, delicious and moist with a tart sweetness.
