It’s not often you come across plain honeycomb but here it is.
Great on it’s own or absolutely fabulous added to vanilla ice cream!
Crush the honeycomb up and blend in to the ice cream, leave in the freezer over night. Some of the honeycomb will melt into the ice cream but some will stay crunchy. If you have a waffle cone handy it makes an amazingly delicious treat!
